Orkestal is a desktop terminal operator specially developed for Receptionists, Secretaries and Heads of Department. It is designed to manage incoming calls, using hotkeys to various PBX functions and filters for searching, all without the need to even touch the mouse. Orkestal interacts with Elastix's contacts and public directory, through EWS (Elastix Web Services).
